End-of-Year Federal Update

As 2023 draws to a close, we reflect on a year filled with several significant victories for our movement – Jagmeet Singh and our caucus in Ottawa have been hard at work this year fighting for everyday people, while we continue to build strength locally here in Toronto Centre.

Provincial Nomination Meeting

Provincial Nomination Meeting

Join us on April 23 as we nominate Kristyn Wong-Tam to be our next Ontario NDP candidate for Toronto Centre!

As I’m sure you’ve heard, our beloved MPP Suze Morrison recently announced she'd made the difficult decision not to run for re-election in the upcoming provincial election – in 2019, she was diagnosed with endometriosis, and needs to take a step back for her health.

Since learning of Suze’s decision, our executive and election planning committee have been hard at work seeking out a new candidate for the 2022 election and preparing for this moment to ensure we keep Toronto Centre orange.

We have scheduled a virtual nomination meeting to select our new candidate on April 23, 2022.  Please RSVP to receive the link.

Approved nomination candidate: Kristyn Wong-Tam

Join fellow New Democrats from Toronto Centre and across the city, alongside guest speakers, including Andrea Horwath and Suze Morrison, as we nominate our next Ontario NDP candidate and MPP for Toronto Centre.

We look forward to seeing you on April 23rd, and on the campaign trail to ensure we keep Toronto Centre orange!

Don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions or have any accessibility requirements.

In solidarity,

— Your Toronto Centre NDP Executive
