Non-Members are welcome to attend. Party memberships and renewals are available online in advance of the meeting (renewing now will extend your membership until the end of 2021!). Renewals can be done easily online. You may be asked to show proof of membership to participate in the meeting.

Over the past year our constitution subcommittee has undertaken a process to review and update our association's constitutions, which were last updated in 2015. These updates were endorsed unanimously at the January 12, 2021 executive meeting, and will be formally proposed at this AGM.
